Refunds, Exchanges and Returns

Before any product for refund, Exchange or return is sent to Motoking, please ensure you have been issued a returns number by contacting sales@motoking.co.uk

Any product returned without a returns number may not be identified and could result in the delay of any refund

REFUNDS

Refunds are usually made within 10 working days of your return being accepted by us. Depending on the payment method, the time it takes for the money to enter your account may vary.

Credit card: Refund to the same credit card account used for payment.

PayPal: Refund to the PayPal account used for payment.

 

EXCHANGE

Exchanges are unfortunately not possible. If you want an article in a different colour or size, you can order it directly from the online shop. You can also check availability. You can return the item you do not want to keep within the returns period.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

So that we can refund you the full amount you should consider the following:

  • Shoes and clothing must not show any signs of wear.
    • Clothing may only be tried on to determine the fit/size (as in a normal store).
    • Please only try on shoes on dirt-free floors and not outside.
    • Please try on clothes that are worn directly against the skin over your own clothes for hygiene reasons.
    • The items must be returned in their original condition (including any accessories).
    • The items must not show any signs of use.
    • Please return in the original packaging with all labels still attached.
